To get you started here are a few uses and recipes we have been told, then have
proven, are well worth
the effort...
As a garnishment, sort of like a baccon bit (only much more versatile,
better flavored and better
for you!) Garlicious can be used on an endless array of your favorite everyday or specialty dishes. Such as:
Potatoes
(Baked or Mashed)

As an added flavor or spice, like nearly any you already have in
your kitchen, Garlicious can be used to significantly enhance any
meal. The main course or a side dish (or both!). Here are a few of what
we have tried and found Garlicious to be a value-added ingredient:
Burger-licious

Beef-a-Roast-a-licious

1 lb fresh ground beef
|
|
2 lb of a good lean Beef Roast
|
|
1 1/2 T of Spicy or Original Garlicious
|
|
1/2 C Worchesterchire Sauce
|
|
1 t Worchesterchire Sauce
|
|
1/2 C Soy Sauce
|
|
1/4 t Salt (certainly optional)
|
|
2 T of Spicy or Original Garlicious
|
|
1/4 t Ground Black Pepper
|
|
1/3 C Water
|
|
1/4 t Onion Powder
|
|
1 t Salt (optional)
|
|
1/4 t Sage
|
|
1 t Ground Black Pepper
|
|
|
|
1 T
|
|
-Makes 4 1/4 lb. or 3 1/3 lb. patties. Cook them as you normally would any
burger, on the grill, on the stove or in the oven.
-Add your normal toppings, tomato, lettuce, *catsup,* mustard
(* = if you think you must)

-In a small mixing bowl, combine the liquid ingredients.
-Mix in the powdered spices.
-In a 5 QT. crock pot place the roast on the bottom. Pour in the mixture.
-Turn and roll the roast a few times to get the mixture in and on all sides.
-Sprinkle the Garlicious on top of the meat, and where available push some down
into any loose areas of the roast. You may even want to make a few openings
with a good knife.
-Turn crock pot on high and let cook for 2 1/2 hours
